Welcome message not going away on site

Hey everyone,
The widget works, but the welcome message in the chat window is still there even after confirming the buddy invite from bot6. We have removed the plugin, and deleted it plus cleared cache from browser and opened a new gmail account as well. None of these are working.
Please advise soon.
