Welcome message coming through 3 times

    We have just set up this login with memberpress. But when someone new joins they are getting three welcome messages. One has the correct date on, the others have a random date from April and August on. I can’t see why three messages are being sent and can’t work out how to stop this.

    I want to give an update, although three messages are coming through its for 2 roles. So the main role that people will sign up with is getting two welcome messages. The first one has the correct start date, for joining this particular membership and the second one has the start date the person joins our memberpress site for any reason. I only want the welcome mesaaged linked to the discord membership and not the second message with the date of joining our memberpress.

    In the Advanced tab, there is a setting called “Membership Welcome Message.” This allows you to customize the welcome message and includes various placeholders that you can adjust or remove as needed.
