    If I do site refresh from zotabox settings page than chat works, but if I navigate into other page it disappeared and navigates on messenger page. I checked your FAQ and meet all requirements.
    Please check what is wrong there

    Hi,

    You MUST meet ALL of facebook’s requirements in this FAQ to display the facebook live chat on your website. https://info.zotabox.com/ufaqs/the-chat-window-will-not-appear-on-my-website/

    99% of websites that do meet ALL of facebook’s conditions in the above link can display live chat on their website (so double check your fanpage settings).

    Zotabox is only responsible for displaying the Messenger icon on your website.

    If you meet ALL of Facebook’s conditions in the above link but still can not display the live chat, you will need to contact Facebook directly for support.

    I see one problem immediately. Facebook requires a https:// site. You have a https:// site.
