Welcome email after user change their password for the first time

    Hi there,

    I wanted to ask if there’s a way we can send a friendly welcome email to users after they’ve changed their password for the first time on our website.

    Our registration process doesn’t involve setting a password initially; instead, we send users a password reset link. We think it would be a nice touch to send a welcome message when they change their password for the first time, not only to verify the user but also to make their experience with our platform more personal.

    Hi @creosmart,
    Thanks for your message.

    There isn’t a notification you can send after a user resets their password in BNFW however, there is a New User Registration – For User notification which will send to the user along with the password URL so they can create their own password (replacing the default WordPress notification) as well as a Post-registration ‘Welcome’ notification which sends at this same time. You could use this one if you wish however, it doesn’t send at the exact time that you’re looking for.
