    Hello, i’ve create a form with contact form 7 and a select box with mailpoetsignup.
    I’ve also create a welcome mail to who send this form.
    The form is sending right but it doesn’t come any welcome mail at the same mail adress.

    The welcome mail and Sending Service by MailPoet are correctly actived.

  • I contacted the developers of the Mailpoet plugin and they confirmed that they can not do anything. They checked the code of this plugin and the trigger for sending the welcome email is not set. I hope the creator (@kasperta) is reading this comment and correct, if possible.

    You can send welcome mails also with CF7 form under Mail2 option (Email tab, at the bottom of the screen).

    In fact, that’s what I’m doing now but there is an inconvenience, not a little, and that is that if you want to do a mail newsletter with a header, etc … you have to write it in html, while with MailPoet 3 you can do it with a visual editor.
    I have the knowledge I need to do it, but I have to spend more time on it.

    We have just released the new version of the plugin. Please update now. Also please make sure that you selected the correct list whenever you create the welcome mail. So next time, when subscribers subscribed within that list, they will receive a welcome email. Subscribers won’t receive a welcome email unless they select that list.

    Well, it’s the same now, as 1.3.3 where the arrows are just rotating after pressing Submit and the form is not being sent.

    Maybe there is something broken on my site, because on my other site it works well…
