    It constantly fails to send welcome emails for subscribing to our newsletter. Sometimes the customer receives the email to confirm their subscription, but not the welcome email. Sometimes neither of them arrives. And in others both arrive at the same time. It’s a real mess. A couple of times I was able to solve it by uninstalling the plugin completely and reinstalling it again, this time it’s not working that way either.
    I checked spam folder, thats not the problem.

    I have had this message from Bluehost support

    Since the plugin MailPoet 3 (New) shows incompatible with SMTP plugin please contact the support team of MailPoet 3 (New) plugin and ask if they have any settings or option to make this plugin work with SMTP plugin here

    emails send when I deactivate mail poet

    Same issue…no welcome emails being sent out…saying scheduled not sent…and confirmation of email arrive but once clicked does not change subscriber to confirmed status in subscribers area…please help!!!

    Are all of you using an SMTP plugin apart from MailPoet? Or are you just using MailPoet as your main transactional emails sender?

    If you disable the plugins of your site and you send a test welcome email, does it arrive?

    Make sure also that you have a valid license key enabled in MailPoet -> Settings -> Key Activation.
