welcome email stucked in scheduled and unprocessed

I’ve created a ‘welcome email’ with the following conditions:
when a new WordPress User added to your site
customer
ImmediatelySo everything is okay, and tested out, I expect MailPoet to automatically sent the Welcome Email that was created, but it was stuck on scheduled or it will not send.
Saw a couple of articles, and need to go to subscription and resend the confirmation email, then after confirming by customer, that’s the only time the customer will received the ‘welcome email’ LOL
Is there a way we can automate it or fix this?
