• I’ve created a ‘welcome email’ with the following conditions:

when a new WordPress User added to your site
    customer
    Immediately

So everything is okay, and tested out, I expect MailPoet to automatically sent the Welcome Email that was created, but it was stuck on scheduled or it will not send.

Saw a couple of articles, and need to go to subscription and resend the confirmation email, then after confirming by customer, that’s the only time the customer will received the ‘welcome email’ LOL

Is there a way we can automate it or fix this?

    Additional Info:
I created a new email ‘Welcome Mail’ but this time its:

when a new WordPress User added to your site
    Subscriber (default)
    Immediately

    It also doesn’t do anything.

    Hi there @kokowiw,

As a confirmation, it sounds like you have set up a new set of MailPoet lists, and are looking to test and ensure that they correctly send to your new list of users.

With MailPoet, you need to have the permission for each user, to send an email to them, via an opt-in checkbox. You can do this via the WooCommerce checkout, with the settings on your MailPoet extension.

    Dashboard → MailPoet → Settings → WooCommerce → Checkbox opt-in message

    Has this been checked?

Additionally, can you see a list of users under Dashboard → MailPoet → Lists. Do you have any subscribed customers listed under any of the lists?
