Welcome email stopped sending

Hello there,
I created some email campaigns and they were working fine. Mailpoet suddenly stopped sending welcome emails for the new subscribers and I am unsure if the other emails are still being sent.
When they suscribe they have to check a checkbox so they don’t have to confirm their subscription.
Could you please guide me on how to resolve this?
I was running Facebook Ads and lost some money and potential clients because of this.
