Welcome email not sending

I have sent this question to Sensei LMS Support but since they haven’t responded to any of my other questions for some weeks (yes, I’m a paying customer) then I guess they have given up support or something.

However, I have problem with that learner’s welcome email is not sending. It’s not any problem with the wp_mail sending settings or anything. Other emails are sent. I’m trying to even look in the sensei lms plugin codes to figure out where the initiation of the welcome email at enrolment is but can’t find it. Where is it? Or is there no welcome email sent by default? I have to set it up with AutomateWoo or trigger it from my own codes or?

Yes the email template is activated. So it’s not that.

The documentation is really poor. Anyone knows how I get learners welcome email to work?
