• When a user is added to a group, they do not receive a welcome email. I have doubled checked my settings and all seems to be working. All other group emails are working fine as well. Any advice on how to resolve this?

    Check to see whether there’s an email template corresponding to Welcome emails. Go to Dashboard > Emails, and look for one with the following text in the “Situations” column: “A welcome email is sent to new members of a group. Used by the Group Email Subscription plugin.”.

    If you can’t find it, then this is the reason why emails aren’t being sent. If that’s the case, let me know and I’ll try to figure out an easy way to reinstall them.
