    Hello there!

I just set up the welcome email (send when new user registers any role immediately).
I can see the user is added to the subscribers page as subscribed but on the welcome email page its not even scheduled for sending.

On sys status connection is good, no errors, but the scheduled tasks table are empty here as well.

Running on latest mailpoet free 3.100.2
Email sending is set up with my host. Test email works no problem.

It’s as if when the new user is added the welcome email script is not called/checked for.

edit: Also using woocommerce and users automaticly subscribed to the “WooCommerce Customers” list

    Thank you for your help.

    Hey there!

Can you please send me a screenshot of the setup you have for your welcome email?

I’m specifically looking for the info similar to this:

With that info, we can see what the expected function of the email should be, and go from there.

    Hey again!

    Thanks for sending that in!

Can you please try turning on the logging in MailPoet, in the Settings > Advanced tab (like here)
    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/5JMuDZ

Then you can check the logs after an email should have been triggered.

    Hey!

I turned on logging set to everything. Registered another dummy account with diff email address. Still not scheduled and the logs are empty. I can see the new email added to the subscribers list so mailpoet is sure recording it.

    Hi @mikeyhun,

I can see the new email added to the subscribers list so mailpoet is sure recording it.

Can you please confirm the subscriber is listed as “Subscribed”?

If they’re still showing as “Unconfirmed”, the emails may be scheduled but not sent to the subscriber until they confirm their subscription via email.

Also, you need to check if sign-up confirmation is working properly for newly registered WordPress Users. For reference: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/133-the-wordpress-users-list#sign-up-confirmation

Hey i think i figured it out. “Subscribe in registration form” was “ON” but “Enable sign-up confirmation” was “OFF”. So although mailpoet put the new user as “Subscribed” it still got blocked from “welcome emails” somehow. So there might be some bugs with the “Subscribe in registration form” setting.

    Thanks for the help though.
