Welcome email formatting issue

    I have set up a welcome automation for new subscribers and sent the test email to myself – it looked great. However, after I activated it and subscribed from a different email, I received welcome email with weird formatting and missing images, the logo is not centred, text is small, colours are all black (I used custom colours) and the button is not showing. Please help to rectify

    Can you let us know which email client had the weird formatting? and which email client rendered your email correctly?

    Can you confirm if the email client that had the weird formatting is an outlook client?
