Welcome email for specific user roles

    Hi,

    I would like to know whether when I create a “Welcome Email” for a new user registration setting a specific role, the email will be received only by the new user with that specific role, or everyone with that specific role are going to receive a message every time a new user registers.

    This is actually what happens with another plugin (setting wasn’t very clear from my side).

    I hope my problem I was able to explain the issue properly!

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, if you choose “Role” recipient, everyone with that role will get a notification.

    You would need to use Notification: Conditionals add-on to set a condition that Notification would be sent only for that specific user role and use a merge tag that will return the mail of the registered user.
