Welcome Email

  • Hi! I have the form working but when the user registers, he receives the welcome notification, however, I do not receive any notification of the registration.

    Where do I set it up or how can I make it send me that notification.

    Hello,

    Plugin does not control that.
    WordPress automatically sends user notification on registration. The issue is specific to your site. See if your email functionality is working
    Did you check by using the default registration form and disabling the plugin?

    The sending of mail if the page is active, the client does get the notification but I don’t get any, before activating the plugin it worked

    I am having the same trouble as mshipping. Before installing this plugin I would receive notification of a new user, now I don’t. However, the new user does receive a notification.
