    I created and published sign up form pop up and created a welcome e-mail. on my website, in the published pop up i entered my e-mail to test the automated unique coupon code made by Personal Discount on welcome e-mail and found one condition mistake (in advanced settings) , i fixed that , but now i don’t receive the e-mail anymore using different email. what should i do? delete the existing pop up and e-mail? start all over again?

    Hi @bekot9, thanks for reaching out, your question regarding welcome emails not sending would be best suited for the support group at Mailchimp to review. Here at the plugin team, we focus on the engineering of the plugin between your store and Mailchimp.

    They would be able to access your account and walk you through that process. You can reach out to their excellent customer service team via this support link. You should be able to chat with them and take things from there.
