    Hi,

    we suddenly have a problem. The status for our Welcome Mails to new WordPress user is always “planned”. But we aktivated “immediately”. At the beginning it works and suddenly we always have the message “planned”. The preview Mail works perfektto every Mail Adress. And we also get the registration mail only the welcome mail to the customer is always “planned”. And we already sent mails with mailpoet. And we have enough free Mails.

    Can you help us?

    To clarify, the welcome email doesn’t send to new users, even though a user registers and receives the regular WordPress email?

    The email itself showing as scheduled should not be an issue, as it’s waiting for a trigger (new user registration).

    Adding to Andrew’s reply, “scheduled” means that a subscriber is Unconfirmed and haven’t confirmed their subscription yet. The email will be sent as soon as they become Subscribed.

    If you create a test user and confirm their subscription, does your Welcome email get sent?
