    Great plugin, but doesn’t send the welcome e-mail to the user, even if its marked in the mailchimp list.

    Please fix.

    Hi,

    Please note that the welcome email is send by MailChimp, not by us, so if the subscriber is added the sync is working and you should contact MailChimp support with further questions.

    In this case I believe they will tell you that the final welcome email only works for subscribers that are double opt-in per the latest MailChimp policy.
