welcom message subject change?

    Hi

    I made a translation file in newsletter/subscription/languages
    <?php
    $options[‘confirmation_subject’] =
    “{name},{blog_title} Newsletter – blablabla”;

    just with this one translation option, but the mails have the english one still I checked the wp_config.php and it is correct .

    any suggestion?
