Welcom Email Editor not sending emails

can you check if any other emails are sent by WordPress or if any of the welcome/reset emails went into your spam folder?

I’ve just tested this again and everything works fine for me on a fresh test install with Welcome Email Editor configured/unconfigured.

Can you send over a screenshot of how the plugin is configured on your site?

I’ve pretty much replicated your setup and it still works fine on my end.

Can you paste the content of the email body for both emails here please?

Here’s what I would try:

1. Disable all other 3rd party plugins to see if it makes any difference
2. If it works, turn plugins back on one by one and repeat the test to find out what plugin is causing a conflict.

Sure I’ll try to debug. I noticed my demo site is receiving the emails but it goes to the spam folder.

I check the console and noticed the response is 200 on the welcome email for the user and admin.

Can you please try to turn on debug mode (+ logging) and try to trigger the error fatal error above again?
