I run a WordPress wine site that uses W3 Total Cache. Just recently, whenever I click on ‘purge the cache’, the page closes and opens Instagram!
    Any ideas?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @joffday

Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.

Just recently, whenever I click on ‘purge the cache’, the page closes and opens Instagram!

Have you made any changes in the settings or added some new redirect rules or plugins?
Can you please share the website URL and try disabling the settings one by one in Performance>General settings (Start with Browser Cache), save all settings, and purge the cache after each getting is disabled and see which one might be causing the issue.
    Thanks!

    Hi Marko

Thanks for this. Website is [ on the first post in the link field ]

I haven’t made any changes to the settings since I first installed the plugin.

I have tried disabling each setting one by one and testing purging the cache. Unfortunately, the same thing happens when I click on Purge all caches … Instagram.

    Any other ideas?

    Hello @joffday

Just to confirm, no matter if all settings are disabled in Performance>General settings, once you purge all caches it redirects to Instagram?
Have you added any other plugins recently and how you connected the website with Instagram?
Can you please share the Security headers settings in Performance>Browser Cache?
    Thanks!

    Yes to your first question.

We have no plugins that we have added recently and we do not have any connections to Instagram.

See https://prnt.sc/15emoag for Security header settings.

    Thanks!

    Hello @joffday

    Thank you for the information.
As I can see from the screenshot provided, Browser Cache is not enabled in W3TC settings.
Still, you have some rules for CSP that might be causing this.
There is no reason why would purging the cache so you should double-check those CSP rules if they were added manually, with some other plugin, or by your hosting provider.
For example, I can see Referrer Policy: unsafe-url set and since the W3TC Browser Cache is disabled those rules are not set by W3TC.
ALso, make sure you are not using any other caching solution besides W3 Total Cache.
    Thanks!
