Weird static all over my backgound and image

  • This happened to me a couple of times now but I noticed that sometimes my background/header will have static all over it. I usually re-upload the same image but rename it. now, I also notice that some of the pictures in my blog is weird.. check @ https://www.angrypassionate.com My BLog. I don’t want to keep uploading the same image over and over again. Please Help thanks.

    I am talking to my hosting rep and he told me the same thing u did that he didn’t see that in his computer. the weird thing is the background with yellow flower has static all over it. I am wondering about the theme I am using or my hosting.

    Prob your computer , because none of us have the same problem. We see the picture perfectly without static.

    May be a broken graphic card ?

    Given that no one else is seeing the issue that is specific to images, I would venture to guess that it’s something with either the color settings in your monitor or with the way in which you saved the file (for example, you may have saved in a format that’s not entirely compatible with your monitor’s drivers).
