    This is totally weird: my site works well as long as I’m logged in and the Customize option is turned on. Otherwise none of the products can be displayed. I’ve done everything: flushed the cache, deactivated plugins, changed themes, updated everything and reinstalled Woocommerce. Nothing works. The main menu consists of categories except for two pages: an About Us page, which works all the time and a Products page, which uses a shortcode to display all products. That never works.

    Never had this problem before. Tried with the 2019 theme and the Woocommerce storefront theme. Currently using GeneratePress as the theme. The makers of that theme say it’s not their fault.

    Any help appreciated.

    Hello,
    By checking the page it’s clear that there’s an error being generated that blocks the rest of the page from working.

    Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Latest Fatal Error Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button and tell us what errors you see there.

    They might give away what is causing this.

    Thanks for your reply– I’m unable to find the button you’re talking about. I’ve reached out to Automattic and they’ve asked for a status report. They may be able to help, although if you have any more ideas or can point me to the specific link you want, I’d appreciate it.

    Thanks for getting back to us on this! I’m glad to hear you’ve opened a ticket with our team.

    The direct link to the **Status > Logs** tab is yourdomain.com + /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=logs

    That being said, your ticket will be the best place to continue to troubleshoot this issue. It will be much easier to send the requested log files via email than it is to include / post them on the forums ??
