The plugin is installed and activated on my site, but no related products are displayed except for the default WC output. When I deactivated the plugin, then the related products appeared below the WC “You may also like…” products. Then I completely uninstalled the plugin and cleared the cache, but nothing changed. Both groups of related products were still there. Then I reinstalled the plugin, and the related products disappeared except for the WC items. So I must keep this plugin installed, otherwise both groups are displayed. Ideas?

Hello Dave, do you still need help with this one?
It sounds like a caching issue ( browser or server ).

Hi Vagelis, I have been unable to figure this out. When I set the number of displayed products to 2 on the settings page, 2 related products are displayed on the product pages. When I uninstall the plug-in, 4 related products are displayed. To prevent any related products from being displayed, I have to keep the plug-in installed with the number of display products set to zero.

Since I am using the default WC linked products feature, I really don’t need this plug-in. I would like to uninstall it, but unfortunately that results in both groups being displayed at once. I found someone else with the same problem in the WooCommerce forum at wordpressDOTorg/support/topic/cannot-turn-off-related-products/. Maybe my database is corrupted or something got injected into the theme… just guessing.

Thanks for the link, my plugin is not installed on your website.
I checked the installation folder and it’s not there, I also checked autoptimize’s folder to make sure that I didn’t get blocked by your server.

Can you check under wp-content/ for “woo-related-products-refresh-on-reload”

Yes, I do see that folder in my plug-ins folder.

I don’t understand why that’s not working from the front end.
Do you have any other caching except the autoptimize ?

Could you disable it for a while ?

pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    hope this helps debugging,

OK great so we now get your theme’s default output.
There’s nothing wrong with that. You can easily disable that.

    Enjoy your lunch ??
