    Hello
I had two websites (say x.com & y.com), on two different servers as primary domains.

I migrated my site x.com to the different server and made as primary. The y.com, which was primary, I made as addon domain (both websites had wordfence)

I allowed 48 hours for propagation, installed fresh WordPress on both.

Problem is, previous settings in Wordfence are STILL THERE and Not allowing me to login using new Username & password (I am blacklisted)

    How to proceed?

  • Hi @ghitorni

On the website you have this issue on, I suggest disabling Wordfence plugin by renaming its folder name under (/wp-content/plugins/) directory via SFTP to anything else, after that you should be able to log in normally and install “Wordfence Assistant” plugin and click on that button to “Clear all locked out Wordfence IPs, locked out users and advanced blocks”, then reactivate Wordfence plugin again.

    Thanks.

    Hi!
Since we haven’t heard back from you for a while I’m going to resolve this thread. If you have any other issues later on, please feel free to start a new one at any time. Thank you!
