Weird permalinks

I’ve having a weird problem with permalinks. If you look on the homepage (https://athemes.com/), you’ll see under the themes you have category links you can click like ‘free’. The URL that shows up if you hover over the link is https://athemes.com/themes/cat/free/, which is correct. But when you click the link it goes to https://athemes.com/free/, which doesn’t exist!
Any ideas?
