Weird numbers and countries

    Hello,

    I use WP Statistics on my new page – in fact nobody knows about it – therefore almost no users should appear. I installed this plugin and after few hours i had about 50 visitors (IP adresses ) and after 2 days almost 250 visitors….

    In spite of the fact that webpage is written in slovak language only, there ara visitors form very weird countries like: Usa, Romania, Serbia, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, China, Moroco, Isle of Man etc…

    There is only one link to Google in the statistics -Bing and others have 0. Because I dont think that somebody from Nepal, Brasil or Pakistan wants to visit page in the Slovak Language. Can somebody try to explain it to me please ?

    These are bots that don’t identify themselves correctly, usually as they are scanning for vulnerabilities on your site to take advantage of.

    We exclude as much as possible, but some always get through.
