Weird link appearing in main section..

Hello! I have been attempting to locate a fix for a particular issue regarding a link at the top of each page, besides the main home page, of the current page you are on. It is a bit redundant, none the less it is functional yet quite a mark on the overall quality of the site. I have seen the post of adding .heading in the css to change the alignment, but to no avail -_- the website is up, https://www.ncragroup.com/ncra – click on any of the other links and you shall see what I mean!
