    Staging install ->
    WordPress: 4.7.4
    WooCommerce: 3.0.4
    Plugin Version: 1.4.0
    Theme: TwentySeventeen 1.2
    Plugins: deactivated everything except woocommerce & your plugin
    URL: https://staging.byolgaribler.com/produkt/ring-nana/
    It’s a variable product. Choose 18 Kt Rose Vergoldet and the 56cm for out of stock.

    Problem: Form briefly shows on pageload then disappears altogether and won’t show when user selects the variation which is out of stock.

    Live install ->
    WordPress: 4.7.4
    WooCommerce: 2.6.14
    Plugin Version: 1.3.2
    Theme: Gecko 1.4.3
    URL: https://www.byolgaribler.com/produkt/ring-nana/
    It’s a variable product. Choose 18 Kt Rose Vergoldet and the 56cm for out of stock.

    Problem: Form appears on pageload independently of if the variation shown is out of stock or not. When user chooses different variation (again no matter if out of stock or not), form disappears and won’t show up again even if selecting a variation which is out of stock. Before we updated our staging install to the latest version of WC and of your plugin, we tested out the same constellation as on live but with all other plugins deactivated and even on TwentySeventeen but we had same problem that is persisting on live.

    Can you help us with this?

    Best regards and thank you in advance.

    Thanks for your notification Moumita,

    I can confirm, that update 1.4.2 will resolve problems on woocommerce 3.0.4 but the plugin remains broken for woocommerce 2.6.14

    Kind regards, Rasti

    @rastiwebkinder Our updated version is only compatible with WooCommerce 3.0.+.

    WooCommerse 3+ update is a major update, they have modified their templates as well as functions, so in order to make our plugin compatible with WooCommerce, we also had to make our plugin adjusted to those changes.

    Hence, to make this version work, you need WooCommerce 3.0.+ and any version below that will not work properly with our updated version.

    Let me know if you need any further clarifications.
