Weird Issue

  • Hi guys, newbie on the forums! I had a blog called truetech.tk which I am migrating to true-tech.net
    Here is what I did:
    Transfered all files and folders from old account to new account.
    Made changes in wp-config file.
    Transferred the database and made changes.
    Replaced the .htaccess file
    Uploaded the php.ini
    Disabled all the plugins.

    Now, the admin panel works flawlessly but a bit slow. The homepage, other pages and posts don’t open and keep loading infinitely!
    Please Help Me!

  • You should double check that you searched and replaced all the old entries in your database. What’s most likely happening is that it’s trying to load ressources that aren’t there anymore (the urls are referencing the old domain), hence the infinite /?slow loading.

    The script I recommend for proper db search and replace is this one. Make sure you backup everything before doing any of this.

    I have checked it.
    Also see that the admin panel works perfectly. The rest won’t work
