Weird In-Link Link not added by me? Hacked????

So I was looking through one of my sites and I saw an anchor text link that I did not add. Its very weird and i am not sire what to make of this.

about halfway down the page you will notice Microsoft (is an inline text link). I did not add this.

So where did it come from? Any advice would be much appreciated.
