Weird icon in recipe instructions notes

Hi.

My wordpress upgraded to version 6.1.1 and I think this impacted my recipes.
When you go to the link in instructions sections, point 2, there is a text: “Wskazówka: je?li zale?y Ci na zwi?kszeniu kaloryczno?ci dania, jab?ka podsma?aj z dodatkiem ?y?ki oliwy z oliwek (mo?na u?y? smakowej np. pomarańczow? lub cytrynow?).” just close to the word “Wskazówka” some icon appeard. It looks like a new document or something ? Could you help to get rid of it ?
