Weird header issue

    When doing seo tests i get these as being my headers. The seotester complains about me “skipping” a header. It also complains that the header is too short. I also heard that the pagetitle should be coherent with the header, but if i write a longer header it will mess up my whole site. How do I change the headers? I have googled for quite a bit now I just can’t seem to get it right. When I write a title of a page apparently that’s the header..

    Are you using any SEO plugin, or have tried one?

    Tried most of the big ones but nothing helped they just slowed down my site basically
