Weird Formatting Issue – Please Help

I am getting very weird formatting issues when i try and upload images into my blog posts. Also since I transferred my blog from wordpress.com to .org many of post’s formatting has been messed up. For example if you click on the links below you will see that the images that originally in my wordpress.com page were centered above the text are now no longer centered and they cover the text. I tried re-creating it but each time the same thing happens. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Much appreciated!
