I understand that some of your product numbers on Facebook appear incorrectly, with an “E” like a calculator error.

Could you provide more details about the issue?
Also, the Google Drive link you shared to ensure it’s accessible.

When I update products I get the Woo product updated and the FB Woo product number with the E in it.

I have deactivated and deleted the plugin in WP and then reinstalled it but the error remains

When I click on any FB products link in Woo (the number generated), I get a FB error of

This content isn’t available right now

When this happens, it’s usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it’s been deleted.

The error screen shot of the page on Google drive has been shared (see below, can you see this? If not what other service can I use to share it with you?)

I can see the screenshot shared via Google Drive.

The “7.08055E+15” represents a number in scientific notation.
Which is equivalent to 7,080,550,000,000,000.

Does this number of part of the number mean anything to you?
Something that might be used in the product data?

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.
Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status Report?
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Nothing as I have any new products I create the number seems quite normal, but the issue I have is even when I create a new product I get the same error message (even If I created the product a number of days ago ) that the content isnt available, which makes the FB for Woocommerce pretty much useless

I created this product on Nov 1st https://twinspringcoupling.com/neapco-1-0443-universal-joint/ this is the FB for Woo number 8643851039008202 but when I click on the link in the Woo product page it gives me the error about the content not being available

Could you share a link for Facebook product 8643851039008202?
I want to check how it works.

When reviewing the report I noticed the “Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce: by AdTribes.io” plugin.
May I ask for what purpose you are using this plugin?

This plugin offers similar features as Facebook for WooCommerce and may cause a conflict.
Could you try disabling it and see if that resolves the issue?

The Product was meant to be a feed source for Google but as the products are affiliate products they have rejected the feed and I have disabled it. I have now deleted it but the problem still remains

After some more searching, I found that this may be related to your hardware configuration.
On a 32-bit system, the maximum value for a signed integer is 2147483647.
On a 64-bit system, it’s 9223372036854775807.
The number 8643851039008202 exceeds the 32-bit integer limit.

I recommend you reach out to your web host and confirm whether you are running a 32-bit system or a 64-bit system. Please share their response with me.
