    Hi Julien

I hope you can help me with this weird error I am receiving when viewing the My tickets page. This only occurs when one user has logged more than 5 tickets – and the pagination view becomes visible.

The error is received via a browser dialog box and contains the following message:

“DataTables warning: Non-table node initialisation (UL). For more information about this error, please visit https://datatables.net/tn/2”

Have you seen this error before?

    Hi Julien

It’s not available to the public just yet – just finishing the dev off BUT would I be ok dropping you an email with details on how to get to the site?

I’ve just sent you an email via the SiamKreative website ??

Got it, thanks for sending more information.

It looks like you’re using dataTable, which changes our ticket list table. Disabling dataTable for our form (#wpas_ticketlist) should solve the problem.

I think we’ll add a way for users like you to disable the table improvements… so you could keep on using dataTable.

    Thanks Julien

Fixed! It wasn’t the #wpas_ticketlist table as such, I added a dataTables class to the pagniation that caused this error.

You pointed me in the right direction. Also I hope you liked the heavily customised version of Awesome Support on my site ??

    All done now. Thank you!
