Weird error starting with version 3.1

I get this error at the top of my site, and all the admin pages:

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/carlweaver/Maildir/tmp/temp' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear') in /home/carlweaver/carlweaver.com/wp-config.php on line 58

This has me stymied. I upgraded to 3.1.1 and the error is still there. I didn’t have this error until this morning, a week (?) or so after the 3.1 update. Anybody have a clue what to do?
