• I don’t think this is WP specific, because I am getting it in my Invision board folder also, but I am getting huge error logs in all of my php based folders. It seems to happen every time a page is accessed, so some of them are getting really big.

    They say:
[17-Jun-2005 23:27:30] PHP Warning: Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library ‘./pfpro.so’ – ./pfpro.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

I have asked my tech support about it, and all they said (so far) is “pfpro.so is a Verisign Payflow Pro functions which is enabled on the server. Please do check the code on the page which is used to access the server.”

Well I didn’t install anything like that and my WP and Invision wouldn’t call for it, so I am confused. I double checked the source code and it doesn’t say anything about pfpro.

Does anyone know what could cause this? Again, probably not WP specific, but some of you are just really smart and know stuff. ??

    Thanks

  • Basically, all you can do is ask your host to fix it, unless you have access to the Apache/PHP installs. The .so would be in directories outside of your home directory and you wouldn’t have the permissions as a non-root user to modify that sort of stuff.
