Weird error in logs when activating script

    What other plugins are running?

    Do ANY activate?

    Multisite or single site (and subsequently, network activation is on multisite?)? (My guess based on your error is that you’re running it on a single-site instance, since you mention wp/wp-admin/plugins.php)

    It really sounds like the problem’s the server or setup, but I don’t have a box handy with suPHP (or PHP 5.2 for that matter, everything I have is 5.3 or higher). “Failed opening required ‘./wp-blog-header.php'” is weird, since I’m not calling that at all….

    Did you set up WP in it’s own directory correctly?

    I have other plugins that are activated and run fine. Never had this error and I run your plugin on seven other sites I believe. I’m not on my computer; am on iPhone and I can’t login to check as my IP is 403.

    Tomorrow I can check the other plugins though I generally run the same on each site.
