Weird email asking for comment approval

As far as I know, I don’t allow commenting on our website. But I got this strange email. Also, I find the ‘wording’ strange, as if the person doesn’t speak english as a first language.

Note: Please do not post a full email like that! YOu exposed the commenter’s email, IP address, and other PII. And, given the spammy nature of it, gave them more exposure.
