Weird e-mail addresses spontaneous change.

    In one of our sites a weird phenomenon is taking place; e-mail addresses are spontaneously changing to a format of md5(something?) @ website domain; 1d3b703d7e89d4fc1689820876d76677@https://www.domain.tld

    Anyone ever seen this? any clues to find the cause are greatly appreciated.
