Weird Computation of Shipping by Country/State in Customer Checkout Cart

  • why did the system choose pickup from store option even if i entered an amount for state level everywhere else for scenario 1? and the system choose free shipping in scenario 2?

    scenario 1
    vendor store shipping menu:
    all default prices are zero
    Enable Local Pickup is checked
    Shipping Country, State level, Everywhere Else amount is 10000

    customer checkout cart:
    state/country “Camarines Norte” is supposed to be part of Everywhere else
    option picked by system for shipping is pickup from store. Free delivery option can be selected also

    Scenario 2:
    Enable pickup option is unchecked
    other rates and options are the same as scenario 1

    customer checkout cart shows Free Shipping

    Kindly leave empty “Free Shipping Minimum Order Amount” filed and check once – https://ibb.co/LRS1sF4

    You have set this “0” so it’s considering “Free Shipping” for any order total. When free shipping available other shipping options by default hidden.
