Weird codes in PHP files

    Hi, a couple of weeks ago my site was full of malware codes. I cleaned EVERYTHING, every file in my site. I replace the wp-includes and wp-admin with new files too. And then i moved my site from one hosting to another.

    The thing is that now when i want to enter my site without “www.” an error appears.

    “Warning: cannot modify header information – headers already sent by… relationships.php)” -> https://relacionessaludables.cl/error1.png

    When i edit that file i saw weird codes in line 1. -> https://relacionessaludables.cl/error2.png

    I deleted them and now i can access my site without “www.”

    ?Someone knows what are that codes in line 1?
