Weird bug, Guest users (not logged in) can’t view image

I installed the pro version of the plugin and I didn’t notice while going along the setting and creating new user roles… non-login users can no longer see any images that were used to set as public (slider images gone, thumbnails from gallery gone, etc.)

But when logged in as administrator I can see the website normally.

I tried deactivating, deleting all plugins that modify role permissions including this plugin, and the problem is still prevalent.

How do I reverse this? I am thinking of looking for something to drop in the Database but I’ll leave that as last resort.
