• I have tried to find the answer to this but can’t seem to anywhere. Please bear with me.

I have written a plugin that has options people can set. I have created the options panel and registered the options (for future compatiblity). Everything works as expected except for one strange anomaly.

The options are mostly text based, except for one which is a radio button (true/false) stored as (1/0) in the database. If you set this to “true” and save it, everything is fine. Then, set it to “false” and save it, everything is fine. But, in IE if you try to set it to “true” again, it won’t save and ends up going to the “All Settings” page for the blog. Not where I want it to go, ever.

If you close the browser and reopen it, you can then select “true” again and save just fine. But again going to “false” and back to “true” causes the “All Settings” page to come up again.

Any idea what could be wrong? This does not happen in FireFox, Opera, Safari or any other browser, just IE. Tested on IE 6 and IE7 – same results.

Has nobody had this problem? I can not save options in IE. I have changed my options and taken out all of the boolean – just 4 text options now, and now, I can’t save them at all in IE. It just goes to the “All Settings” page. Works fine in every other browser.

What would cause a plugin options page to go to the “All Settings” page rather then do what it is supposed to do?
