Weird a€ Symbols and Posts Getting Cut-Off

  • The problem started occuring after my web host helped me changed this
    https://www.example.com/blog
    to
    https://www.example.com/home

    After the change, problems starting coming.

    1) First, I get all these weird symbols like a and € whenever I make a post.

    2) Another really annoying problem is my posts keeps getting cut off. When I publish a post, only portions of the post is published. The rest has been delated/cutted.

    Its very very frustrating. I tried some converter plugins but its not fixing the problem. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
