Weird 404 return

Hi,
I’ve recently upgraded to 2.5, I have a fair number of plugins running, but there’s not been a problem before. If I put in any old junk following the domain name – instead of a 404 not found page, I get the entire page content (that is every single page) dumped into one monster output page.

Any ideas?
