Weird 403 error
-
Hello,
I’m facing a frustrating issue with my WordPress website that’s integrated with WooCommerce. Everything seems to be working fine, but we’ve encountered a problem with a third party using the WooCommerce API. They reported a 403 error when trying to connect.
In our troubleshooting efforts, we used Postman to make API requests, and it worked perfectly. However, when one of my colleagues tried the same from his computer on the same network, he received a 403 error. It’s worth noting that he’s on the same network and connection, just a different machine, but I don’t encounter this issue.
We also observed that when he navigates through the website’s wp-admin, he gets a 403 error specifically on site-health.php, (even in an incognito window) while I do not experience this problem.
We even tried reverting the .htaccess file to its default settings, but the issue persists. I’m running out of ideas to solve this. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
