There is a weight product (sterlet fish).

The store owner wants to be able to sell three items by weight in one product:

1) Sterlet weighing from one to three kilograms of the fish itself at a price of 1100 rubles per kilogram.
2) Sterlet vest from three to five kilograms of the fish itself at a price of 1100 rubles per kilogram. But the price may change in the future.
3) And a sterlet weighing over 5 kilograms for 1800 rubles a kilogram.
Hence, there are two questions.

I think these are three different products, but the store owner wants one. I don’t know if this is possible.

How to set the initial weight of a fish from a certain amount of kilograms (grams)? Even if I divide it into three products. For example, the largest sterlet will cost 9000 rubles + 1800 for each subsequent kilogram.
