WEIGHT TRACKER NOT PROVIDING PROPER WEIGHT LOSS IN “WEIGHT STATS” SECTION… AGAIN

  • When anyone UPDATES their weight in the TODAY’S MEASUMENTS section, the WEIGHT STATS area defaults to LOST: 20Lbs and then proceeds to subtract weight incorrectly.

    Current (Starting Weight) Weight is set to 201LBS

    AFTER INITIAL ENTRY ON 8/21/2019

    It read: YOU LOST 20Lbs
    I have used different accounts to test this and it displays various weights.

    I have repeatedly emailed you about this directly and have not had any response.

    Yes, you emailed me 8 days ago and then chased. I’ve been on holiday. Sorry.

    Do you have any caching plugins? Doesn’t make sense that this affects all of your users. Have you recently added any new ones? Made any other changes?

    AL,

    We are always making modifications to the site. However, we are never messing with the Weight tracker plugin. It seems to get buggy on its own. We really want your plugin to work or we are going to have to pull it… and put in its place, a lower functionality plugin… I (we) don’t want that. I want to use yours! We all do.. but it has to work.
    Can you please help us? We are about to put out a major marketing campaign but the tracker isnt working. Its holding us up..

    I also noticed that your Plugin has only been tested up 5.1.1 and we are using WP 5.2.2 and are about to run an upgrade.
    Could that be it?

    I can’t remember the fix before when I looked at this but it wasn’t to do with Weight Tracker if I remember right but the editing plugin setup?

    I’ve had no one else report issues (and stats has been a core part of the plugin for quite some time).

    Could you try testing it on a fresh install first… so we can rule out all your other plugins and themes?
