Weight Rate not working

  • Hi all,

    I’ve changed the shipping rate from flat to weight and it’s not displaying in the product pages or the checkout. Is there anything that its need to be change in the settings?

    The checkout is still using the flat rate as well.
    Steps done:
    1. Change the shipping to weight rate.
    2. Add all the weights and costs.
    3. Go to each product and give it a weight.

  • That should all work fine. Can you post the exact weight rates you’ve set up?

    Note that any weights you set up in the weight shipping config need to be in lbs.
